How To Book (Tattoo Appointments)

Each of our artists have a preferred method of contact, which is listed on their respective bio’s on our “Artist” Tab. You can also feel free to text the shop at 516-279-9083. Please include the following information in your inquiry:

  • Your Name

  • Tattoo Concept

  • Desired Placement

  • Desired Size (in inches OR a clear photo of the area you want tattooed with the area you want the tattoo occupied circled off)

  • Reference Photos for your tattoo idea to help us best understand the desired look

  • General Availability

  • Artist Preference (if applicable)

  • Any Other Questions you have

    A consultation is a free 10-20 minute meeting with your artist in order to hammer out all of the details about your tattoo. If you believe you will be setting up an appointment during your consultation, be prepared to leave a deposit. We don’t require consultations for all appointments. However, certain artists may require you to come in for a consultation in order to clearly discuss the idea with you in person. The more clear and descriptive your inquiry is, the less likely a consultation will be required. If you’d prefer to set up a consultation to meet with artist in person, please let us know or include that in your initial inquiry.

    Deposits 

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to guarantee a specific time and date. The deposit price is at least $50, but depending on your artist or size of your tattoo, it can range. All deposits will be taken off of the total price of your tattoo at the final session.

We require at least  48 hours notice for any cancelations/rescheduling in order to keep your deposit transferrable to the new appointment. Canceling your appointment within the 48 hour threshold will result in a loss of deposit, and a new one will be required to make a new appointment. 

Appointments cannot be made without a deposit.

How To Book (Piercing Appointments)

John the Piercer books his own appointments and makes his own schedule. You can:

Be prepared to leave a $40 deposit for appointments with John.

If you have a minor getting pierced anywhere other than the lobes, you will need to have a NOTARIZED CONSENT FORM Filled out, stamped and ready when you come in for the appointment. It must be filled out by a Parent or legal Guardian, and that Parent/Guardian must also be present at the piercing appointment with a valid ID.
